Yesterday in our session on 'Care for Yourself while in Service' one of the suggestions was to write a gratitude journal. This is so that when you are feeling down and out you will have something to remind you of all the good things. So I decided that I would share with all of you weekly one thing I am grateful for.
This week I am grateful for all the amazing people I have met. Friendships that have begun and will continue and for the love and support that they have given me (and hopefully I have given them in return). Thank you also for sharing your stories and for all the laughs!
